Sleep Tight

ree

Good night, sleep tight, 'til morning's bright

Suffer no fright, through all this night

Though wind or rain or snow on pane

Remember again the weather's bane

In home on bed you rest your head

Your belly's fed, in dreams you're led

To worlds unknown, your mind has flown

And 'til you're grown no cares to own

For as you sleep in comforts deep

Vigil I keep, worry no freet

My love for you will bring you through

Dream's hazy views, which run askew

Before your eyes where morning lies

At last you rise and realize

That all along as night drew on

Ne'er was I gone, my love still strong
